I give it three stars because, yes, these products work miraculously, and I get that there is a high demand, but customer service took two days to answer when they advertised 24 hours. Customer service is an integral part of any online business, and if you say 24 hours and answer in 48 hours instead is not acceptable. They fixed their shipping times, I received mine in 2 days so I would of rated lower but I guess they are solving the huge demand issue. Other than that, these treatments WORK GREAT I am not denying that, but customer service is subpar.
