Seems to be a recurring theme looking at their past reviews. Similar experience here. Ordered a sign at the end of January. Was give 4 different delivery dates, and a multitude of excuses - Original sign wasn't up to scratch so it was re-done, Staff issues, COVID. In the end they just kept giving me different delivery dates and never actually delivered. Very poor. My guess is that they're not actually making the signs and the work is carried out elsewhere, but I could be wrong about this. Either way, there customer service is terrible. In the end I just asked for my money back. Strangely this was the only thing they managed to do quickly!
