I WISH I COULD GIVE negative ZERO STARS I should have read reviews before I made this purchase. This is the worst board I have ever seen lack quality and luster, and they did not trim off enough board around the person. Absolutely disgusted and appalled!!!!! READ REVIEWS PEOPLE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AND CLEARLY STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY Date of experience: 27 October 2023

Wouldn’t have left one star!!! But only way I could write review. Received order but wrong and customer service terrible!! Ordered in august, left emails no response since and contact number doesn’t exist. Can anyone help??

*****FRAUDULENT COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!!!!!!***** Took my money. No signage ever arrived. Phone line does not work and neither does their online chat. No communication over email. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

**WARNING - DO NOT USE OR WORK WITH THIS COMPANY** FRAUDULENT Read all the reviews below……..DAS are going to take your money and give you a very poor quality unusable version of what you want in return, and you will never. Manage to get a hold of them again. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave this company my money. I have had exactly the same experience as many of the customers below. I ordered a metal sign with my company name on it. The sign took 6 weeks to arrive after much chasing from me. It’s completely missed the event we were having it made for. When it finally arrived, it was of such poor quality, the sign was not lasered on metal, but some kind of a plastic board, the logo was not straight and not centred, the actual lasering had left a white residue on the logo and burn marks around the edge of the logo. Basically the sign was of such poor quality we are unable to use it. Obviously once I requested a refund, the company went radio silent on me, and now they will not answer the phone. They do not answer Emails and I am £85 out of pocket. These guys need to be closed down. They are trading in the most unacceptable way. It’s Basically stealing. I’ve reported the transaction to my credit card company to see if they can help with a refund.

Initially worked great. Supplied my own design and the team @ design a sign were a great help. Gave the go ahead on the sign and didn't hear anything, so chased them up. I had basically been forgotten and was told it was due the amount of orders made by people with the same name as me... right! More like lost in the system. When the product turned up, it was shocking! It hadn't been laser etched, had been printed on to some machined oak. Not only that it was printed twice and offset from each other, so looked totally wrong. The text wasn't straight/level and was on the wonk. The wood block hadn't been cut straight. The ends where cut hadn't been sanded off. Had split edges from where it was cut. Finally the size agreed was incorrect also. Basically everything that could be wrong was wrong. Informed them of the probs along with photos. They were really good about it and very apologetic. Received the new attempted sign. Design was laser etched in - Great Design was correct - Great Size of the block was correct - Great Block wasn't cut straight... here we go again! Text was on the wonk and not horizontally level. Dings on the face of the design, although only small. BUT I now had two pre-drilled holes either side of the design... too close to the design so it interfered and more importantly I didn't want any pre-drilled holes in the sign. It wasn't being fixed to a wall and didn't need the holes as I wasn't screwing it to anything. At no point did I ask for this and so didn't expect it. Id happily have cut the wood straight and would have put up with the design slightly on the wonk, cutting the bottom edge straight may have helped. But why drill holes in the sign and literally either side of the design when it wasn't requested or even listed as an option or asked if I wanted it. Been in touch and asked for a prepaid return label. Would gladly send back the two attempts of the sign which are wrong. Want a full refund... now not heard a thing. Emailed three times and no response. Tried calling and the number doesn't connect. Absolute joke. Very poor outcome. Great until things go wrong and you don't hear back. How many attempts needed to make what was a simple wooden block sign. Dread to think how they deal with something more complex. Would avoid using them and save your money.

DO NOT USE!!!! Defective item and blanking all communication meaning I am unable to request a refund. This company is acting against Trading Standards and will be reported so. Please do not use them - it is not worth the hassle and the signs will not be as you ordered.

Ordered, received email saying signs despatched next day (1 week ago). Telephone number 0800 97 88 973 does not work says cannot connect. Site bot loops and does not work and despite emails sent to info@designasign.co.uk they are not responded to. Now to start talking to credit card company to get my money back

Terrible communication and accountability. Our signs arrived late and damaged. We tried to get it sorted and it took weeks of chasing. No one to speak to and no sense of urgency

Original artwork would not enlarge without distortion , these clever people reimagined it keeping strictly to original design and tweaked the colours slightly and came up with trumps with my finnished sign . Very very pleased with result.

Order placed on the 5th of August. Today it is the 21st of October and currently I have 1 faulty item and 1 missing item. Customer service keeps blaming courier service, other members of their staff, suppliers and keeps promising everything will be with me for the last month and a half. I am now taking legal advice to get at least part of my money back. Thought it was a quick easy job but apparently their are no good for anything.

Worst customer service, the people working in this business I interacted with are complete idiots. Wrong size, wrong design. Would not issue refunds, do not take calls. Stay away at all costs.
