We were promised a sign to be delivered for an unveiling however this did not arrive. Before I knew this, when I emailed about payment, they emailed back immediately. When I emailed about delivery having taken my payment, they did not email me back. They did not pick up my call. They did not engage at all. We were embarrassed that the sign did not arrive. We would have chosen somewhere else if we knew they could not deliver on time.
