I prevaricated between 'Acceptable' and 'Good'.
Responses to queries were promptly answered - good.
Delivery was poor. I had particular delivery challenges, so shipping on a Friday was promised. When the product did not arrive by the following Thursday, I chased and was promised it would be shipped 'tomorrow' (Friday). It eventually arrived on the Saturday.
Product quality is not perfect. Surface and finish is good. Two letters are not wholly scored out.
