The sign is beautiful and good value for money I think but it did take a month to receive it and also I had no order confirmation come through, I was just lucky I had paid via PayPal to be able to track it. The man I emailed with back and fourth called Luke was helpful and chased it up and remade the sign as ironically it must have got lost of the post! Now we have our lovely sign and are very pleased.
