I ordered a acrylic and metal sign for our office and I am Incredibly disappointed with the product and customer service from this company. Firstly, it took weeks to arrive. It was first sent to the wrong address and when I did receive it it was incomplete. A back panel was dispatched but when I unpacked it there were no drill holes in it to mount it on the wall. When I contacted Luke he said I should drill the holes myself. When I did put the sign on the wall I found that the print was slightly damaged and not perfect. I contacted Luke again who denied any responsibility and when I asked for a partial refund he has not returned my emails. I wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering as I would never use them again. Poor product and very poor customer service. Would give them 0 Stars if I could.
