Dealt with by at least 3 different people to design a very simple sign (a logo and some text), v. slow service compared to other providers (48 hours to get back proofs with tiny changes). I had outlined a deadline throughout the process which was not picked up on, and ended up having to cancel the order last minute and go with a local company who thankfully turned the job around in 2 days. Extremely poor customer service, phone lines that aren't answered (no answering machine even) so had to call repeatedly throughout the day. When the order was cancelled and refund processed, I still got notifications and an invoice from Design a Sign! I also asked them to remove my contact details from their database, so should not have received this feedback form in the first place.
