I have used Design Arts Seminars for several years now and was appreciative of the bundled packages. However, this year was an adjustment that caused me much distress. I am a visual person and I do better with seeing something written. Having to sit and listen to a speaker two to four hours was a bit taxing on my body and my eyes. Also, the transcription was not always correct and a couple of the sessions the video was garbly at certain points during the sessiontraining. The Adv FBC offered both recording and pdf, which was great. The button that says it allows you to come back had a glitch for me and when I stepped away, it removed all of the answers I had entered. I do acknowledge that I could have avoided much of that anixiety had I not waited to the twelth hour to purchase the CEUs.
Suggestions:
1. Provide both audio and pdf material.
2. Have the speakers review their videos prior to selling to us.
3. Allow the session taker to make comments about the training immediately after the test.
4. The confirmation email saying we will receive two additional emails was a bit much. ONE email with a pass or fail would be appreciated. I think you use to have that. You also allowed us to see our incorrect answers.
5. Allow us to select our topics for the bundles.
I'm sure there is something else I wanted to share but my brain is exhausted!
