This company doesn't even deserve one star. Placed an order and paid by Paypal. Item did not arrive so I contacted the company after around 4 weeks for an update. I was told they had sent it but would send another anyway. This also did not arrive. After 2 weeks I contacted them again and this time I was told they had not received payment. I gave them proof of payment, but they still 'couldn't find' the payment. Clearly this was complete tosh. I cancelled the order at this point and was told that they would process a refund if I provided proof of payment (which of course I had already done). I put in a claim through Paypal and received my refund after about another 4 weeks or so. Not sure whether this company is incompetent or simply enjoy wasting people's time. Either way, they are best avoided.
