“Scammers - they have the same VAT number as at least 3 other websites (https://www.eboxmedia.co.uk/ to whom the number is registered,
https://www.designasign.co.uk/ and https://www.healthsafetysigns.co.uk/
All of these websites have positive reviews on the front page but in reality, there are a huge number of people who have been ripped off by them. Check the VAT number, if it is 135 9393 87 then it is best to report and shop elsewhere.”
“Shame I can't give zero stars.
Ordered a sign, went into production but then heard nothing.
Emails unanswered, telephone unanswered.
In the end Paypal gave me an immediate refund - do they know something we don't ?”
“This company doesn't even deserve one star. Placed an order and paid by Paypal. Item did not arrive so I contacted the company after around 4 weeks for an update. I was told they had sent it but would send another anyway. This also did not arrive. After 2 weeks I contacted them again and this time I was told they had not received payment. I gave them proof of payment, but they still 'couldn't find' the payment. Clearly this was complete tosh. I cancelled the order at this point and was told that they would process a refund if I provided proof of payment (which of course I had already done).
I put in a claim through Paypal and received my refund after about another 4 weeks or so.
Not sure whether this company is incompetent or simply enjoy wasting people's time. Either way, they are best avoided.”

“Very disappointed. Opted for Etched Granite. At first glance it looks like an off-cut from a kitchen worktop. The edges are unfinished - unsealed/unpolished so will not weather well. The edges are uneven with a big uneven cut at one corner and not square. The polished front surface has scratches on it. The white paint in the etching has gone over the edges at one point and looks smudged. There were no holes pre-drilled. Certainly does not look as nice as the images on the website. Order was placed on the 9th Jan, it was 'despatched' on the 3rd February arriving a few days later (as noted, by standard 2nd class post), so almost a month to deliver. Wish I had gone to my local DIY store now and to be honest this reminds me how important it is to see things in the flesh so you can see the quality and finish you are paying for and have it immediately!!!”
“Ordered (and paid £108) on 7th January. Despite chasing up 3 times and receiving assurance sign would be with me in a few days there is still no sign of my house sign. I have asked for a refund or sign within 5 days. I f no joy will approach my credit card company under section 75.
I hate it when businesses appear to be friendly and helpful and then renege on their worthless promises.

“AVOID! Seems they have two sites to make reviews on. One which gets good ones and all the bad ones here. Sadly this company took my money but delivered no sign. Very limited, un-committal response to messages. Nil response to emails - no sign, no communication, no refund. Paypal case opened to force them to give money back - so far they have not responded. Shame really as if it had all worked ok I would have made a second order. Seems this company is happy to take your money then just clam up.”
“Delivery is taking too long and far exceeds what they state on their website. When enquiring about the delivery after 15 working days (that's right - 3 weeks!), I was advised that my sign would be delivered at some point over the next week. When asking for a specific day I received the following reply 'Really sorry but we would not know an exact date sorry!' - that was literally the all that was in the email! Their website states that all deliveries are trackable. Clearly not.”
“My oak sign was on a rough bit of wood. Screw holes roughly drilled. Cracked half thickness deep in two places. Writing stamped or sprayed on by the look of it, very faint. Completely flat lettering, no indenentation at all. Not engraved. Would last about a week in a cornish winter. Rubbish.. Don't buy.”
