Delivery is taking too long and far exceeds what they state on their website. When enquiring about the delivery after 15 working days (that's right - 3 weeks!), I was advised that my sign would be delivered at some point over the next week. When asking for a specific day I received the following reply 'Really sorry but we would not know an exact date sorry!' - that was literally the all that was in the email! Their website states that all deliveries are trackable. Clearly not.
