Absolutely AWFUL. Do not order from this company or be fooled by all the positive reviews on their other 'Design a House Sign' reviews account. They let us down massively with an order for an xmas gift. Was promised a 48hr turn around and paid extra for this service. Sign arrived 3 weeks late with ZERO communication from the company. Disgusting way to treat customers.
