“Took payment and sent a very cheap alternative to the sign ordered, no response to my numerous emails and no answer on telephone. Obviously gone bust and taking people’s hard earned money..shameful!!! Avoid.”

“AVOID...AVOID...AVOID...AVOID...AVOID...AVOID Placed an order with this company over 5wks ago and have received nothing but excuses as to why the door sign has not arrived. Blamed it on staff who were going to get written warnings for not sending it. They are now just ignoring all communication with me. I am in the process of taking them to the "Small claims" to try and get my money back. This has never happened to me ever when buying online, this company should be ashamed of themselves.”

“$100 brass sign was cheap plastic. Black house number has smears on it and cannot be read from the road. $5 piece of plastic!”

“Awful service in every respect. Placed an order on 31st August and nothing. They have no customer service as they have abandoned their telephone contact. I wonder why? Email takes up to 24 hours for a reply. An invisible business. Any other company would be better than this. Save your money.”

“They are a fraudulent company as I ordered a sign, paid the money and never got the sign. There is no customer service and the Australian website email just goes around in circles. STAY AWAY”

“Started off great, I wanted a bespoke sign and the customer service was quick and promised what I wanted. I placed the order on the 24th June 2021 and paid £69.58. After a few weeks I contacted customer services for an update, they said the sign had been dispatched, I asked for a tracking number but didn’t get one. They said the sign must have gone missing in the post and would dispatch a new one. I was happy enough with that explanation and said please send me the tracking number when you ship.... never heard from them again. I have emailed several times and had no response. I’m now going to contact my card provider to force a refund.”

“Ordered a sign in January (it’s now May) Managed to get a response 6 weeks ago stating my order must have been lost by Royal Mail and a replacement would be dispatched. Still nothing This company is located in the UK. They do not supply what you order, there’s $99 I’ll never see again.”

“DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY and hold tight to your hard earned money....I ordered two signs on 1 March....17 March just one sign was delivered! Contacted them for the remainder of my order, which I’d paid for in full, received a blasé, un-signed response that ‘if I wanted it’ the other sign would be despatched!!!! Now 12th April and I’m chasing again and they are now asking for my address, clearly had no intention of fulfilling my order!! Hideous company, hideous service, I want my money returned and for them to come and collect the one sign they managed to produce.”

“Ordered a house sign for nearly £100. It took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it is smashed at one side and scratched all over with the engraving tool. Eventually someone acknowledged receipt of the photos I had sent through and agreed to send another sign ASAP. That sign never arrived. I have chased them over the last few days only to be told that I've received my house sign already - clearly forgetting the entire exchange of photos and agreement to send me another. Now a month since the initial order I am £100 out of pocket, frustrated and still without a usable sign. Customer service is none existant - painfully slow replies, no names attached on correspondence, no consistency and no phone number to discuss. ABSOLUTELY PAINFUL. I wish I had gone elsewhere.”

“I hope you read this before you order. I did not read the reviews and I wish I had. My order hasn't arrived and despite saying they will send another one they have not. You cannot call them (unsurprisingly) to chase the order or speak to anyone and emails are ignored. Appalling customer service. I can't comment on the product because I never received it. Thankfully I paid by PayPal so can claim my money back. I hope you can too.”

“Frauds. They charge your credit card and never deliver anything. Despite contacting them over email and phone they never respond with updates. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.”

“I have o ly given them one star as I wouldn't let me leave none. What a shambles of a company. Waited over 8 weeks for sign to be delivered and was spelt wrong. Trying to contact them.... dont bother. There number is a premium rate phone number and it's very rarely answered. Trying to email them.... dont bother they'll tell you they answer emails all day but never reply. Joke company that is scamming you out of money... STAY WELL CLEAR”

“Items not received and after 7 months still have not received a refund. I have contacted the company 6 times and had the promise of resending item, the last time I said no and to issue a refund. Did not hear back from them. Wasted a great deal of money and time, was for a birthday gift Very expensive experience and no goods.”
