Much the same story as other reviews.
Ordered two house signs over a month ago.
First attempt arrived about 8 days later. The order was wrong.
Couldn't get through on the phone and after multiple email messages finally agreed to send a replacement.
Was told it had been dispatched, waited for 10 days to receive the signs. One sign arrived, incorrect again with exactly the same error.
Finally spoke with someone called Luke White, Customer Service Manager. Assured me that the correct items would be dispatched 'on Friday' a week ago.
Still waiting and all gone quiet on email and can't get through on the phone.
Just about to request a refund and report to the credit card company.
Can't understand how they are in business.
