Miserable customer service from this company. Sign was very late arriving due to their delivery company alleging that they had tried twice to deliver but "no one of that name belongs in my block of flats". Finally I was asked to call the delivery company myself and the owner delivered. Then the plastic signs were mis-printed - two separate words had the first letter from the second at the end of the first. Slate sign was fine, but two screws delivered - one a slot, one a Philips. Couldn't even get a detail like this right. Should never have chosen this company - plenty of competition in this market.
