We bought two wall sconces and had them shipped to WA. There was a slight issue with one of them so we contaced Mel at customer support. Mel was fantastic and guided us through how she would address the issue. We received a replacement and plans to have it installed, all arranged by Mel. The communicatin was fantastic. You actually get to talk to a real person without being on hold for hours. I can't recommned Designer Chandelier Australia enough. Buy with confidence.
