“After finding our elegant dining room light on your website I called your Geelong showroom and spoke with Jane. Jane could not have been more helpful. She wanted to check that I had considered the light measurements and that it would be suitable for our room. Jane organised shipping of the pendant into NSW and it arrived by courier the next day! “The chandeliers arrived in pristine condition, well packaged and safe. The electrician installed the framework but did return to put more support in ceiling due to the weight of the large one. "Dressing" it was relatively easy with two people, after laying out the crystals on the floor, then handing them up to the person on the ladder who attached them.. Very happy with them and show them off to all our visitors.”

“Got a faulty chandler, one lamp is failed to operate. Contacted the Team approved for a replacement. The warehouse send the replacement to the old address, now I need to get it from old house to new house then wait till they arrange a electrician to replace it.”
