“Very good quality lights at reasonable prices. The only downside is the bulbs provided tend not to last very long but the light fittings themselves are good value.”

“The chandelier I ordered has now been installed and looks fantastic, I give the chandelier a 5/5, the only downside was the delivery date. I understood that the chandelier was coming from overseas, I was notified of a certain delivery timeframe. I was not notified that it would be weeks longer than the actual advertised timeframe. Once the chandelier was in Australia it was quickly dispatched to me.”

“The store in Geelong is wonderful, two store with a rich choose. Each can find something that will please his family and flossy up his house. Personnel is very friendly, but they should know more about the goods they represent. This is why I rated the store with four star, not five. In general I do not regret that I made a purchase there.”

“We are happy with the way they look and the brightness needed for shaving and putting on makeup. the dissappointing thing is that they were professionally installed by electricians, when we swiched the lights on, they began to flicker, which was very annoying. We had to replace the globes to fix this,”

“Product is very good very happy with the chandeliers. They fit perfectly in the space. Delivery was essentially good however the correct bulbs ordered were not included in the original delivery by mistake. Customer service very polite and promised to sort asap some bulbs were delivered but still incorrect. I gave up and purchased some from a local store which I would recommend to do.”

“I have only ordered one chandelier and received it as promised. Was all good until I then realized I had ordered a wall type by mistake. All was sorted very competently money refunded chandelier returned and unfortunately for you people my daughter bought me one in NZ. Would highly recommend your firm.”

“Pleasant experience. We ordered two beautiful chandeliers for our house, instructions were all clear and easy and we had no issues with delivery. The only thing we had to do was switch out all the light bulbs to a led light bulbs to make it more energy efficient.”
