“The colour of the light was not the same as advertised. It looks more silver with gold specks. Apart from the colour the light looks nice. One of the lights was missing 2 bulbs.”

“I am blown away by the service from Designer Chandelier. I purchased a stunning crystal chandelier which isn’t easy to do online by they made the entire process so easy by sending me a live video of what I was purchasing and FaceTime- ing me as well. We knew the chandelier was beautiful from the online images and video. We are looking forward to hanging it in our new home in a few months. I highly recommend Designer Chandelier for their service and quality. Also the shipping to qld was super fast! Thank you and keep up the awesome work. 🙏🙏🙏”

“The chandelier I ordered has now been installed and looks fantastic, I give the chandelier a 5/5, the only downside was the delivery date. I understood that the chandelier was coming from overseas, I was notified of a certain delivery timeframe. I was not notified that it would be weeks longer than the actual advertised timeframe. Once the chandelier was in Australia it was quickly dispatched to me.”

“We ordered online the Empress Flush Mount Basket Chandelier - Chrome. Very happy with our purchase. Looked exactly like the photos, dimensions were correct and it was easy to install. Very quick delivery from ordering to arrival (4 days in total). Just what we wanted! Looks fab in our bathroom!”

“I recently purchased a Designer Chandelier and found them to be very competively priced, super efficient, online process to order and pay and very prompt delivery. It was a quite few months after purchasing the chandelier before we arranged our electrician to install it however, halfway through assembling the parts we noticed one Centre Vase was missing. I contacted DC and spoke with Del in customer support who was extremely helpful arranging the missing part to be immediately shipped so we could finish assembling prior to installation. The product was excellent quality and although its still not installed as yet it looks amazing. I can highly recommend DC and especially Del for her fantastic customer service. Nigel”
