Designers Guild has NOT made me happy.
Since July I have been trying to get a refund of £80-00 after I returned an item that differed from its description on their website.
I have rung Kings Road shop numerous times & am constantly told someone ‘will deal with if’ but the next time I ring no one has any record of my earlier calls. I tried customer service two days ago & was directed back to Kings Rd as customer service deals only with items bought online!
Please can anyone help? For a company with the purported standing of DG, this is really dreadful treatment of a customer.
