Jen is the most fantastic representative of the company. She goes out of her way to ensure that things are just right. Nothing is too much trouble. Customer service at its finest.
Only gripe is the change of monitors. From a customers perspective the ability for staff to have a touch screen which can rotate to show the customer is a necessity. It makes things so much more difficult with the existing setup
