Kim has been booking our holidays for many years. She is so knowledgeable about so many different locations and pays incredible attention to detail ensuring each holiday is personalised to us. She takes care of all the admin tasks such as checking in, printing boarding passes and even delivers luggage tags and often extra bits customised to the trip.
