I had an extremely frustrating experience with Designhill. They claim to offer a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your logo design, provided you meet the qualifications—which I did. However, when I requested a refund, I didn’t hear back for a week.
Their listed phone numbers don’t allow you to speak to a real person, leaving email as the only option. Whenever I received a response, it was a repetitive attempt to keep me in the process rather than honoring my request. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted a refund, yet they continued to delay, offering unnecessary alternatives instead. This back-and-forth dragged on for weeks, and eventually, they just stopped responding altogether.
After all the frustration, they finally claimed they had submitted my refund and assured me I would receive it within 5-7 days. It has now been far past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my money.
This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a design platform. Other companies I’ve worked with prioritize their clients, responding within 24 hours and handling requests efficiently. I don’t understand how a simple refund request—one that aligns with their own policy—was met with such resistance and poor communication. I would not recommend Designhill to anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional experience.
