I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order I recently received (Order #4334 ). I have emailed in as well as followed up but still no response.
Unfortunately, the wooden top of the item has scuffs and appears damaged, which is quite upsetting.
I was recommended your company by my colleagues and was looking forward to my first purchase. However, receiving a damaged item has left me quite disheartened. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
