The quality is excellent. Overall the instructions are OK - there was a slight puzzle of rubber washers which were not clearly marked on the instruciton sheet - so we used our common sense to complete that part of the task!”

“Great company producing quality items. I am very happy with my Standing Desk Pro. Solid, beautifully engineered and has a feel of an item that should last. Quiet operation. Controls are straightforward to use. 3 presets are more than enough. Easy enough to assemble; I would advocate getting a helper though. I fitted my own desktop to it (solid oak 1400x600mm worktop.
Only one downside was the delivery company used. DHL cancelled delivery for no reason and then didn't deliver at the specified time. Does not affect the quality of the product, but a company should be cautious of who they choose as their final interface with customers.”

“Arrived quickly and surprised how good the quality of the materials and instructions were. Not idiot-proof but way better than most instructions you get from other companies. Even the screws were in labelled bags so you knew for sure what to use. Overall the unit is reassuringly solid, finishes good and the electric motor works quietly and at a sensible speed. We didn't buy the cable tidy - perhaps a later purchase to clean up the overall installation to match the desk quality. Very pleased overall and would recommend it to others if they need such a desk.”

“Absolutely love this desk. Good quality, solid desk that doesn't wobble when raised. Looks good in the office too. I bought the smallest size and was able to put it together myself. Only small critism is it doesn't come with "one touch" operation set as standard, you have to read the instructions to find out how to set it. I should imagine most people would prefer this option so why not set it that way? I wish I'd bought this desk sooner, and have been recommending it to my co-workers.”

“This is a super desk, ready for my new job working from home. Great that you have options of desktop size, so I could choose a narrow, shallow top to fit my small room. Very easy to order and delivery was smooth. The only reason for not giving a fifth star is that all the instructions (printed with the item, and a video on a QR code) were pictorial, and I would have preferred written constructions instructions alongside the images.”

“After researching a number of options online, I finally chose Desktronic. This specialist company have an excellent range of desk including standing desk to select from. I unfortunately bought the wrong desk size and contacted Desktronic. Their customer service were fantastic and arranged for the desk to be collected and a new one sent. “Cable handling poor with cheap plastic fixings and impossible to sperate sticky backs for us with proper fingers.
Control pad fixing should be better as oppossed to left or right screwed fixings into chip board.
Rubber washers shear under load.
Manual and parts numbering missing.”
