“The desk is great and is as advertised. It was super easy to setup - my 13 yr old son set this table up for me when i was out. It works great and feels solid.
I was hesitant initially with the earlier comments around delivery issues. Maybe i was lucky, but i didn't have any delivery issues. The delivery schedule was clear from the start and delivered on time. All-in-all this is a great buy!”

“I should have changed to a Desk Pro years ago. Only after I started to get problems with my back ad forearms I changed desks. And a Herman Millar chair. I have had the desk for a week now. And I am already better in my forearms and back. Great product, well through through for assembly”

“I initially reached out, before buying a desk, to ask some questions via customer services. They responded very quickly but were so unrealistically enthusiastic that it wasn't very helpful (ie I asked for a comparison between the homeOne and homePro, and just got "they're both great!" in response). After some research I decided to order the homePro, which arrived very quickly and well packaged. It took about an hour to assemble, including the optional cable tidy add-ons (bought separately). I'm very happy with it - I wouldn't say it's "whisper quiet" as the promo info states, but it works well and is - crucially for me - extremely stable at both sitting and standing heights. If the reps and the other info were a little more objective I'd give it five stars, but I'll go with a slightly stingy four, and would def recommend it.”

“A well engineered kit with precision hole placements making for ease of construction. A very smooth height adjustment too. If I had one issue I think the instructions for cable placement into the control box could be clearer (a close up on the YouTube video would be helpful), But that's a minor point. I'm very happy with the desk and chair which is also well made and sturdy.”

“I specifically placed my order waiting for the order page to state delivery would be on the Friday or 2 to 3 days afterwards as I knew I was away until the Friday. The desk and chair arrived so quickly it arrived on the Thursday whilst I was away. This maybe a good thing for you, but for me it was bad timing.
The packaging was damaged in multiple places which concerned me, after unpacking my concerns quickly faded away, everything was so well packed that nothing was damaged or scratched.
The desk was very easy to build with everything being pre-drilled so it literally took about 30 mins to assemble the desk. Then it went down hill rapidly, I purchased the single monitor arm and the cable trays. The desk is not pre-drilled for any of the accessories and there is no guidance on placement. So if like me you attach the cable tray first according to the website images you then quickly find you cannot fit the monitor holder attachment. You end up fitting the cable trays deeper underneath the desk so that you can fit the monitor arm. This is not how it is shown on the website.
The desk is really well made. I love the one piece top particularly after readying Amazon reviews of other desks which the tops are made from multiple pieces to aid delivery. The desk is supper quiet when raising and lowering. It’s incredibly stable at its max elevation with no rock at all.
The SitPro office chair again was very easy to assemble with clear instructions. The chair is very comfortable, my only niggle is everything does not move freely. I’m sure with use this will improve. I purchased the premium castor wheels which I have to say are the best chair castor wheels I’ve ever had particularly if you have hard floors, if you are considering them, I would definitely recommend them you won’t regret it.”

Constructive feedback: You need to offer a small storage drawer for your 120cm desks. Customers buying the 120cm desks feel left out. Your product design team have a lot of space to play with and create a suitable drawer tray to store offce supplies. Otherwise it would have been a 5 stars.”

“I ordered a Deskronic Pro for my home office after seeing them installed in our work office. It took two of us about 45mins to put together but the hardest bit was carrying the two very heavy boxes up the stairs. You can always decant the frame to make it easier. The quality is exceptional and instructions pretty easy to follow. I also got a cable tidy and wee draw which needed a drill to fit. Again very simple. Really pleased with the desk. Looks cracking and the electric motor is really quiet. Would very much recommend. Happy days!”
