I specifically placed my order waiting for the order page to state delivery would be on the Friday or 2 to 3 days afterwards as I knew I was away until the Friday. The desk and chair arrived so quickly it arrived on the Thursday whilst I was away. This maybe a good thing for you, but for me it was bad timing. The packaging was damaged in multiple places which concerned me, after unpacking my concerns quickly faded away, everything was so well packed that nothing was damaged or scratched. The desk was very easy to build with everything being pre-drilled so it literally took about 30 mins to assemble the desk. Then it went down hill rapidly, I purchased the single monitor arm and the cable trays. The desk is not pre-drilled for any of the accessories and there is no guidance on placement. So if like me you attach the cable tray first according to the website images you then quickly find you cannot fit the monitor holder attachment. You end up fitting the cable trays deeper underneath the desk so that you can fit the monitor arm. This is not how it is shown on the website. The desk is really well made. I love the one piece top particularly after readying Amazon reviews of other desks which the tops are made from multiple pieces to aid delivery. The desk is supper quiet when raising and lowering. It’s incredibly stable at its max elevation with no rock at all. The SitPro office chair again was very easy to assemble with clear instructions. The chair is very comfortable, my only niggle is everything does not move freely. I’m sure with use this will improve. I purchased the premium castor wheels which I have to say are the best chair castor wheels I’ve ever had particularly if you have hard floors, if you are considering them, I would definitely recommend them you won’t regret it.
