I initially reached out, before buying a desk, to ask some questions via customer services. They responded very quickly but were so unrealistically enthusiastic that it wasn't very helpful (ie I asked for a comparison between the homeOne and homePro, and just got "they're both great!" in response). After some research I decided to order the homePro, which arrived very quickly and well packaged. It took about an hour to assemble, including the optional cable tidy add-ons (bought separately). I'm very happy with it - I wouldn't say it's "whisper quiet" as the promo info states, but it works well and is - crucially for me - extremely stable at both sitting and standing heights. If the reps and the other info were a little more objective I'd give it five stars, but I'll go with a slightly stingy four, and would def recommend it.
