Ordering and delivery was straightforward, as was self-assembly, although the product is totally solid and weighs a ton so get someone to help you lift it into place!
Great quality, rises and falls smoothly and quietly, drawers are a nice touch, although one minor criticism could use a bit more detail on how to remove drawer base for easier fitting.

“Initially I ordered the Home One desk, all arrived in good time. Unfortunately, the desk was too high for me even at lowest setting. Liaison with customer support offered an exchange for the Home Pro with just the difference to pay. The Home Pro is a lovely solid desk, very pleased with this desk and the height range, goes down to a lower height than the Home One, which is ideal for me.
The Home Pro is a lovely solid desk. If I am to be picky, I would have preferred the desktop not to have holes for cables, The holes with their insets mean that part of the desktop is not as even as I would have liked. I had to add feet to my cable box so that it would sit level over the cable hole area.
Impressive customer service worth 6 star, and despite the cable hole still a 5-star product.”
“I ordered a desk which arrived the next day so the service was very sufficient. The desk is very solid, sturdy and well made, and it looks really good. I think it's a really good purchase. It took a little bit longer to assemble than the estimate on their website but that's no problem, everything fitted together as it should and was very satisfying to assemble.
If and when I can afford another one for my study I would definitely buy this brand again.”

“Great quality product, being able to adjust the height so easily is such a great feature,, and is so smooth, mine is in a home office, and I use the height memory to raise desk when I finish work so my chair can slide underneath, when I’ve finished, freeing up some extra room, probably not it’s primary purpose, but works great for my setup.
