“Nice very solid desk with quality components. A bit tricky to setup and all of the parts are very heavy.
The presets for setting height dont quite work as you might expect them - you have to press and hold the button. Would prefe if you just pressed it once.”

“I’m sorry to say I’m disappointed. Delivery was quick but the driver dumped it outside my home and it was too heavy for me to lift to bring inside myself. It’s very difficult to build because how heavy it is and instructions were hard to follow so I had to download the video which was then too quick and I had to keep pausing and rewinding. Most of the predrilled holes didn’t align and the legs and desk top were scratched. It took me two hours not 30 minutes as advised to build. Was hoping for more after the reviews I had read. Too much of a hassle to now take apart to return. Found the whole experience stressful. UPDATE. Customer services reached out to me very quickly to try and resolve the issues I had. They apologised and offered to replace or give me a £50 refund. As I am unable to take apart the desk I opted for the refund but they did reassure me that I can claim against the warranty if I decide later down the line or if parts needed replacing. They were very helpful and very quick to respond. I do honestly believe my experience is quite rare but when it does happen desktronic will absolutely try and resolve the issues. I would recommend them overall”

“I spend countless hours on my desk working from home, and my back has taken a battering, so I finally decided to make the jump and upgrade my desk to the HomePro standing desk. I don't know why I have delayed it for so long. I should have made the jump a long time ago. I am so impressed with my new desk. It literally took me 20 mins to put it all together. The customisation with the controller is brilliant, clutter-free with only a single cable. Highly recommend!”
“I discovered this wonderful desk via a YouTube video, not from Desktronic, simply a vlogger demonstrating a VR device. He raved about the desk, so I looked on the Desktronic website, was impressed with the pricing and, due to having a few issues with my back (too many years sitting in front of Macs) the prospect of a standing (and sitting desk) was a no-brainer purchase. On delivery, and a very simple construction guide, I can only recommend the desk, the build quality is outstanding and the lifting units will never cease to amaze my young relatives, they think I have magical gifts being able to raise and lower the desk with no hands (the controller is very discrete!”

“Exceptionally helpful and friendly customer service. I had to return an item, as I'd accidentally purchased the wrong desk, and Aistė was absolutely brilliant in sorting that out for me. I received the new desk and had the first order picked up in the same visit. Delivery is incredibly fast and my items were packaged so well they could have survived even if Ace Ventura was delivering them.
The desk itself is stunning. Easy to set up, with great instructions and extra bits so you don't go short when putting it together. It's very sturdy, super very attractive, and the raising/lowering function works quickly and smoothly.
