I’m sorry to say I’m disappointed. Delivery was quick but the driver dumped it outside my home and it was too heavy for me to lift to bring inside myself. It’s very difficult to build because how heavy it is and instructions were hard to follow so I had to download the video which was then too quick and I had to keep pausing and rewinding. Most of the predrilled holes didn’t align and the legs and desk top were scratched. It took me two hours not 30 minutes as advised to build. Was hoping for more after the reviews I had read. Too much of a hassle to now take apart to return. Found the whole experience stressful. UPDATE. Customer services reached out to me very quickly to try and resolve the issues I had. They apologised and offered to replace or give me a £50 refund. As I am unable to take apart the desk I opted for the refund but they did reassure me that I can claim against the warranty if I decide later down the line or if parts needed replacing. They were very helpful and very quick to respond. I do honestly believe my experience is quite rare but when it does happen desktronic will absolutely try and resolve the issues. I would recommend them overall
