“I initially reached out, before buying a desk, to ask some questions via customer services. They responded very quickly but were so unrealistically enthusiastic that it wasn't very helpful (ie I asked for a comparison between the homeOne and homePro, and just got "they're both great!" in response). After some research I decided to order the homePro, which arrived very quickly and well packaged. It took about an hour to assemble, including the optional cable tidy add-ons (bought separately). I'm very happy with it - I wouldn't say it's "whisper quiet" as the promo info states, but it works well and is - crucially for me - extremely stable at both sitting and standing heights. If the reps and the other info were a little more objective I'd give it five stars, but I'll go with a slightly stingy four, and would def recommend it.”

“Great product, great quality, great design. The desk is sturdy. Customer service is amazing, they respond back in less than 24 hours.
Constructive feedback: You need to offer a small storage drawer for your 120cm desks. Customers buying the 120cm desks feel left out. Your product design team have a lot of space to play with and create a suitable drawer tray to store offce supplies. Otherwise it would have been a 5 stars.”

“Nice very solid desk with quality components. A bit tricky to setup and all of the parts are very heavy.
The presets for setting height dont quite work as you might expect them - you have to press and hold the button. Would prefe if you just pressed it once.”

“I’m sorry to say I’m disappointed. Delivery was quick but the driver dumped it outside my home and it was too heavy for me to lift to bring inside myself. It’s very difficult to build because how heavy it is and instructions were hard to follow so I had to download the video which was then too quick and I had to keep pausing and rewinding. Most of the predrilled holes didn’t align and the legs and desk top were scratched. It took me two hours not 30 minutes as advised to build. Was hoping for more after the reviews I had read. Too much of a hassle to now take apart to return. Found the whole experience stressful. UPDATE. Customer services reached out to me very quickly to try and resolve the issues I had. They apologised and offered to replace or give me a £50 refund. As I am unable to take apart the desk I opted for the refund but they did reassure me that I can claim against the warranty if I decide later down the line or if parts needed replacing. They were very helpful and very quick to respond. I do honestly believe my experience is quite rare but when it does happen desktronic will absolutely try and resolve the issues. I would recommend them overall”

“I purchased the Electric riser desk frame and Dual monitor clamp stand from the website which was really well designed. When products arrived I was more than impressed with the product design and quality. Very HEAVY duty and robust structures that look great. The CX team were great with post purchase support also. On the downside I struggled with assemblly due to poor illlustrations in the supplied leaflets. Also regarding the Electric desk the programming panel and instructions were really complex to the layman. On the whole thought I would reccomend Desktronic.”

“Purchased the SitPro chair. Very solid chair and got used to it very quickly (after using a home/office chair for years) though takes a little time getting the adjustment right. Was initially difficult to lower the height of the chair back until I realised you had to pull it towards you and then lower it. After that was fine. After I asked abount the dimensions, they sent me an image which showed all of these . Would have been good if this was on the website.”

“Desk is good quality, was fairly easy to put together and looks smark. Don't want to ever be moving or disassembling this as it feels like such a permament structure now!
The assembley instructions had one error in the guide which caused me to screw in the control box the wrong side, and the courier that delviered this had only one man on the truck - so I had to help with delivery. I don't know what he would have done if I wasn't there or wasn't capable of moving the items.”

“Overall this desk is very good value for money and is perfect to help me engage my brain more by standing up to work. Which has really increased my productivity. Unfortunatly I am not giving 5* as there was a screw underneath on the extending bar which will not screw in, luckily with the size of my desk I do not need this. And I could not get the child lock to work, but again I turn the desk off while not working, so not a massive issue. When extended I thought it would be sturdier, but that could be because I am on carpet. Overall very happy and would recommend to others.”

“The desk is fantastic and works for what I need it to do. My only minor complaints are that it isn’t quite as stable as I’d have hoped. Don’t get me wrong it is really good but does have a little bit of movement when typing etc..
I also felt the instructions were a bit unclear as they have one instruction manual for all sizes of desks and there were some screws we didn’t need but this wasn’t clear from the instructions. Lastly, one of the screw holes was misplaced slightly which made it hard to screw in.
Other than that it’s a great desk for the money and looks fantastic.”

“The desk, its fantastic, quiet, strong and looks great.
But the sizing. I ordered 140x70, the actual size is 138 x 68, yes 2cm short is not much, but I had pieces of desk furniture that fitted 140, massive mouse pad. Swapped for smaller as unopened.
Please accurately state the dimensions on the website.
Overall I do enjoy the desk and I think its a great investment for home working.”

Since it was only this tabletop size that got affected, we opted not to change its dimensions on our website to the more accurate non-round numbers to avoid even greater confusion from our clients. “Very good product (HomePro Desk Frame) - stable even at full height with oversize desk top added. Delivery within 3 days and in one pckage. Very heavy box. Only issue I had was the instruction manual. Even as an accomplished DIY'er I found the instructions (pictoral only) lacking in detail and I had a few re runs of a couple of companants as I had items fitted incrorrectly first time round.
Overall, very good product and helpful service througout.”
