I still have warranty on my battery and the customer representative would not reply back to me for several days unless I open a new ticket request. He would merge the tickets and leave it open.
I have sent several pictures and this customer is wasting my time and will not honor the warranty. I am very disappointed since this is a big company. His name is either Luis Estiven Marta montoya or Steve.
Its funny how the platform send notifications when they merge new quest and representative dont response but open the file.
Also he address that he was too occupied with other customers. I didn’t know that there is a scale to serve customer.
