Faulty product but Dewalt reject to service in warranty period I bought a Dewalt trimmer from SGS Engineering, but it was faulty (keeps stopping/starting). SGS "repaired" it but sent it back unfixed. When I followed up, they refused to help and told me to contact Dewalt. Dewalt's rejects my warranty claim because SGS’s invoice lacked details (payment confirmation, product detail etc.). I am providing actual invoice from SGS. Here is Dewalt's answer: We are unable to contact the retailer directly on your behalf. Once you are able to provide the invoice, we will be happy to proceed with processing your warranty claim.
