I was told that The pex tool and sweg tool were the same and just to buy the heads I needed. After purchasing I found out that’s not truth I reached out to Dewalt customer service and got the run around for weeks with no resolution from Dewalts service rep Juan Manuel.
After over 25yrs of using Dewalt I will now be switching tool companies since Dewalt does not stand behind their product reps information.
