Brought my first sofa which I loved, within a month it had broken, they said they could take it and repair but I lost confidence with this sofa so fought for a new one.
Waited and waited just for DFS to cancel the arranged day on the day after waiting in for 6 hours!!!
Decided to cancel the complete order and ask for money back!!!!
