Poor workmanship,under 3 years old hole in seat cover they can’t help as it’s only covered for 2 years ,people can’t afford to replace these large purchases every 2 and half years ,will never buy from them again .after care is useless even with the extra guardsman purchase as they only cover for accidents our fault is poor quality of fabric.
