Two recliner chairs move more from side to side than up and down,they don’t even sit level,dents on the arms of the chairs told not to rest my arms on the chair,I reminded the chap by definition it was an armchair,the back of the couch is flat and wrinkled.Two different engineers have been out and done nothing ,I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to DFS.
