What a disgusting customer service.
Paid £1400 for a double ottoman bed that is “handcrafted” paid for delivery and installation, was refused this at the door and bed was left at front door. Had to assemble myself then the bed has a rip on the base complained last week asked for refund and everyday I am awaiting an imaginary call from management. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM DFS!!!!!!!!!!!
