I thought DFS would be a reliable company to puchase my £4500 (delivery in 14 weeks) sofa on 10/05/2021 but the delivery date keeps being pushed back - now expected on 30/09/2021. Contacted online customer service who can't guarantee if it will be delayed further. Really disappointed.
