Had a really good experience with an employee by the Name of Simone! She's a really knowledgeable and skillful person who had patience with me while I had my child along. Other employees were kind of aggressive, but when it came to Simone, she had a friendly approach with me and my child. Thanks again and hope the next time that I'm at SFO that I will she her again:)
