We bought a suit from DSF a few years ago, in Under six month one arm if a chair began to fade badly. Out came a member of staff to view the problem who, keeping a straight face, informed us that the material was reacting to medication we are on 😅

This excuse was used by the company in a UK Court of law and judgement went against DFS. Clearly staff still try to hoodwink elderly clients who are taking medication with this tactic, so do yourselves a favour, avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere.
