Nightmare. Ordered a sofa on 7.8.21 and still waiting. Customer service is a joke. Ruined Christmas, still no guarantee of delivery. DFS Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with - lack of customer service - no reply from emails - the list just goes on. As I said nightmare!!!!!
