I have to start by saying I hate DFS and wish that I had gone to any other store. I received my furniture after waiting 4 months and going by other reviewers, we were lucky. The furniture had a manufacturing defect and was puckered and did not have enough filling in it. I visited the store a day after delivery and said I was not happy with the furniture. I pointed to the suite in the store and said that was what I ordered , but it was not what I received. After several heated conversations with the manager, a service guy came round and is supposed to re-upholster but I'm still waiting. The manager said he will not exchange the suite because there's nothing wrong with it. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with because they do not care about their customers at all and only care about their money. I will tell everyone I know NOT to buy from this shoddy and rubbish company.
