100% regret my large expensive purchase with DFS - delivered end of Feb 2022 - 4 scatter back cushions were missing - informed customer service and said the will chase and re-order, been waiting 7 weeks and chased 19/4 to be told they are with the distribution centre awaiting arrangement of delivery, to be then told only 2 cushions have been ordered, absolutely diabolical after sales service all round, currently do not have a complete purchase after 7/8 weeks, please think about your purchase and the lack of all round service before you commit !!!
