Absolutely disgraceful customer care and the worst experience ever. Purchased a sofa 8 months ago. Delivered 4 months ago with a faulty motor for the recliner and have been waiting for over 4 months for a new motor with no sign of anything. Trouble customer service with false promises and total lies. Zero help, zero truth and zero customer service. Never ever will even visit any DFS Stores in my life.
