Well, after a long, wait, the settee that I got was terrible. I’ve had such a problem they didn’t give me any compensation in the end I’ve had to pick a settee I didn’t want in the first place , pay extra. because they wouldn’t honour the sale price. I even picked a colour that I knew wouldn’t be the next display because they kept trying to pull me off with another ex display . I have been on the phone every day more or less for three months and now today I went to pump the cushions up on my new prestige XDisplay settee and it was full of dirt. There’s even an old battery so if my granddaughter I would’ve got that it would’ve killed her. I can’t believe how badly DFS have treated me. I only wish I could upload photos on this site. Please don’t ever go to DFS and as the message says below phone somebody you can never get in touch with anybody. If you tried to ring ever, you’re on a 72 hours wait and then they never get back
