I bought a sofa from DFS Spain and recently needed the sofa arm repaired. For the last 10 weeks due to lack of response by the service Spain/ Web team I have had to contact by email and telephone but the customer service team to escalate/ update my request for repair due to no direct number to Service Spain dept . There promise of 72 hours response does not exist ..
