As a ex employee I can only recommend that you shop elsewhere
The sales staff are under considerable pressure to up sell & sell extras
Be aware of them selling fabric & leather upgrades, leather & fabric protection, care kits, glides for your floor, footstools, then pushing you to buy dining furniture
There is also pressure on the salesperson to get a charity donation and good feedback when responding to a after sales email
